Growing CPA firm in Palm Desert California is seeking CPA with experience in taxation. 

The successful candidate will have:

• Three or more years experience in taxation. Individuals, Small business, Charities, trusts and estate planning.
• Experience in financial function in public or private business a plus.
• Leadership potential
• Current California CPA certificate or out of state certificate with willingness to obtain California certification.
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
• Strong desire to participate in growing the business.
• Serious interest in becoming a partner in the firm.
